“Fermor just stopped on his run and came down on his shoulder and no more than that otherwise that might have been an instant dismissal.

Referee Gerard Sutton wasted no time in sending Penisini to the sin bin.

“There is only one player in the tackle, so there is no mitigation,” Sutton said.

“Very dangerous with a high risk of injury. On report and in the bin.”
